How would you know if this site is the truth?

Before you dismiss the message contained in this site, you should know what authority the Bible carries with it.  2 Tim 3:16: "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness"

Do you realize how much effort goes into discrediting God's word?  American Biblical "scholars" wrote a book which states that only the "our Father" part of the Lord's prayer was taught by Jesus and the rest was taught by others?  Many so called "learned scholars" discovered that the dead sea scrolls proved that nothing in the Bible is true, that Jesus was not the Son of God and He did not rose from the dead.  These are but two of countless examples of how the truths of the Bible is being eroded.

You would be right to reject these ideas with contempt because that is what it deserves.  But there is a more subtle form of scripture dilution going on.  The theory of evolution is accepted fully In the name of science and the first few chapters of Genesis is seen as a poem.  After all "the Bible is not a Scientific handbook", but the most common reaction is that " it is in contradicts the rest of the Bible" and therefore by implication a line is drawn through some of the verses.  In a way there is some truth in these reactions because the Bible does become a minefield of contradictions, but only if you hang onto ideas which are not scriptural.

If we believe every verse, we will find that every verse fits into the context of the bible perfectly with no more contradictions.  Is that not what every one of us hopes for deep in our hearts?  It is after all the Word of Creator.  Many people confess that the Bible is the Word of God but treat it as if it only contains the Word of God.  In other words they ignore parts of it with the excuse that many human errors have crept in.  No,   The Whole Word is the Word of God,  Every book, every chapter, every word! (Rev 22:19)  Before you are not willing to accept this, you will not accept His Word when you read this sites message.  I believe that every word must be read IN CONTEXT.  Context has however become an excuse to only believe that which we feel comfortable with.  A verse will never be in conflict with its context and the context never in conflict with a verse.  If it does appear to be in conflict, then it is us who are not aware of the truth yet.  When we persist in believing our "own context" in spite of the detail, we make God who cannot lie, (Tit 1:2) into a liar.  Did you know that even every letter and part of every letter has importance for God in His Word. (Matt 5:18, Luke 16:17).

I have read a book recently about Revelation by a well known Reformed theologian and somewhere in the book he says: "Let's listen to the mighty message...without looking to much at the detail".  Do you really think God would be satisfied with a statement like that?  Many people think that "O well, look at how many many sects and lies and everyone boasts that he alone interprets the Bible correctly".  "You can prove anything from the Bible to fit your views" they say.  If it is true that God's Word contains so many contradictions, then God must be  liar, because the "whole scripture were given by God..."

No, God's Word is in perfect harmony with itself.  It is the vanity of man who lifts himself above the authority of God which leads to so many different viewpoints.  Remember this, any teaching based on a lie can be uncovered by the Word.  There is therefore only ONE absolute truth in the Word.  As harsh as it may sound, every person will be held accountable.  You won't be able to blame your church or you pastor or priest.  You won't be able to say "everyone has his own idea and so I just dismissed the whole thing" .  The God of the Universe will say to you: "You had a copy of My Word in your house, why did you not read it?"

The message at this site is written in such a way that you can verify most of the arguments in your Bible.  Do it and do it with submission to God's Word...Submission to every word and letter and context of His Word.
